Suite has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, situated only 5 km away from the Old Town. You can reach Old Town in just 10 minutes ride by Uber (price is approximately 10 EUR).

Beautifully designed, comfortable, spacious apartment. We stayed in the hottest part of July and a/c worked well, and were still able to use the hot tub often, Igor set it to the temperature of the sea.

We enjoyed taking Uber, just know it is a cab or bus ride to restaurants and beaches (there is swimming in the river across street). Some Uber drivers cancelled out when they saw the location but we were always able to get one within 5 or up to 20 minutes wait. Like much of the area, it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. But I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Fabulous place to stay - we loved it!

It’s a fantastic place - the views from the balcony are stunning day and night. It’s very well equipped, and the finish is very high. Beds were really comfy and facilities all worked well.

Nothing really - slightly out of the city but Ubers we’re easy and cheap to catch so we had no issues

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. We really loved our vacation there.

We liked the hospitality and the willingness of the owner to consider our wishes in every way. Everything for being comfortable and relaxing was available, including a jacuzzi on the balcony, a small sauna and enough space and light.

The only downside is that ordering a taxi/Bolt sometimes took time and not everyone wanted to drive there from Dubrovnik. But each time we found a solution.

Egor was the absolute best host!

This home was sparkling clean with so many nice amenities like a infrared sauna, hot tub and two patios.

we loved everything. Ubers were cheap and it’s along bus route.

Host Igor & Ana are one of the best I have come across of so many apartments that we have stayed in Croatia. They are sooo welcoming to their guest, met us for check-in, and the apartment is super, super clean, given us a lot of information on place of interest. There is a restaurant, supermarket, and a bakery just 150 metres away. Whatever on their website is what u get. After a tired day sightseeing, the spa pool was so good n relaxing. We love everything in this apartment. View from dinning area spa pool balcony were just awesome... the list goes on and on. On our last day of our stay, this is what the lovely host said to us: "We have one domestic product Dalmatian Prsutto, that we would like that you try, as a complementary from us." This apartment is highly recommended. Love u all and wish you all the best. Margaret Singapore

Modern apartment with a nice Jacuzzi

Though it is not within walking distance to the old town of Dubrovnik, it is about a 10-mins distance by Uber or Bolt. Supermarkets are within walking distance. We stayed at the apartment in the autumn and enjoyed the Jacuzzi (up to 40 Celsus) and sauna, especially kids like them. We also enjoyed the modern design of the apartment. The host also reacted very fast during our stay when we requested some extra quilts.

It would be better if the host provided the check-in instruction before our stay. However, it is also just 5 mins wait after we call the host.

Relaxing trip for a big family.

The property was of immaculate condition. As a family of 6 we sought out comfort and that is exactly what we got. We had plenty of extra bedding and towels. We also had essentials for cooking, like pots, pans, spices and oils. It was very clean and neat. We liked the fact it was not in the city centre and found the locals welcoming and accommodating. The sauna and jacuzzi was an added bonus! In the city centre we loved exploring and would def recommend a visit.

Superb

The owner met us at the property and gave us a full tour along with instructions to get to the city center and suggestions for near-by restaurants. Given that the property had a door code, this was an unexpected very gracious courtesy that he provided. The property is finished with high quality finishes including floor warmers and is very clean. The beds are comfortable and windows and shutters kept noise and light out when sleeping.

The spot is best for groups of 6 or less. There are 3 queen size beds. Comforters for the beds v. A sheet would have been nice; weather did not require.

Exceptional

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment, the location and the host are outstanding. We loved the fact that for visiting the city it is easy to get an Uber, you are there in 10 minutes but still be in this so nice village. All very origin and casual if you walk along the street down by the sea. And of course, the jacuzzi is just great! Big enough, goos temperature and excellent view. We would come back any time again. Thank you Igor, for everything!

Exceptional apartment and stay

We had a wonderful stay in this very stylish, comfortable and fully-equipped suite. If you wish to stay in a quiet area, not far from Dubrovnik historic center (+/- 10-min drive), and surrounded by a few convenient shops and restaurants. this flat is definitely the place to be. The sea view from the flat is amazing, especially while taking a bath in the jacuzzi. We particularly appreciated Igor’s and Ana’s advice and reactivity, they were always prompt to reply and help whenever we were in need of anything. Thank you!
